   My 2nd time here for Mother’s Day. The food was good but it was very loud and the music was loud you couldn’t hear what the servers were saying. We also paid for full churassco but not all the items on the menu cane around to our table. I would recommend not going on a holiday

   Food is average for the price. When paying over $140 for a steak, it should feel like god has come down and blessed me with something so wonderful. But I can probably go Walmart and get something that tastes as good.

   Was sat and waited another 40 min before someone came to our table. After that the meat service kept skipping our table until we complained to the manager.

   By far the worst Fogo experience I've ever had. I've been to other locations many times over the years, and this was the 2nd time at this location. Did the "full churrasco experience" and the wait times to be served were extremely long, and when we finally had someone come to our table, it was 90% pork and lamb. We only received two or three cuts of steak, including filet mignon, which was VERY well done and almost inedible. Our waiter was great and attentive, but overall the service was terrible. Safe to say we won't be returning.

   The quality of food was very good! Service was alright and the portions were not worth the price. Very skimpy on the portions. The bathrooms were absolutely revolting and definitely need to be cleaned. Honestly the experience felt like a rip off

   Great food but way too many tables crammed in so the serving staff couldn’t move through and service exceptionally slow. We ended up waiting an hour for one drink. So disappointing and the staff did their best. Bad management it would seem.

   Staff is amazing as well as the management staff making sure everything is ok.. bartenders are amazing like chris, Clovis and rest of staff including managers like chris and April.

    My husband went to this tasting event with a friend to celebrate his birthday. We had a very good dinner here a few weeks prior so when I saw this bourbon and steak tasting I booked it right away for them. Things did not start well when the seating was outside , even though the sky was dark gray with rain on the way. Sure enough it started to rain and everyone had to be moved. Not sure why they chose to seat outside when it clearly was going to rain. That would not have been an issue, but when they started to serve the steak , other tables were taking more than the "sample " tasting amount . By the time the waiter got to us there were just what i would call scraps left on the platter . We had 2 little chunks of steak that were mostly grizzle. When asked if more was coming , we really didn't get a response, and no one came back. Definitely not the experience we were expecting, and unfortunately, not one we’d return for.
