It was my first time at Fogo that food was not the best, from the salad bar to the meat, asparagus where very hard to eat on the bottom, kind of old and some cuts where not tender as used to be, service was very slow, had to ask for my drink and cheese more than 3 times.

Twice we ate at the Bridgewater location. The restaurant is noisy and full, both on a weeknight and weekend. The service lacking. There is no attention to detail. They do not check back to see if you need anything. We ordered dinner and drinks at the same time and the drinks never came until well after we got our dinner. The servers have way too many people to give you any attention. We have learned to ask for the better cuts of beef and lamb chops or else you get the chicken and sausage. The salad bar is hearty and the meat very good. You have to eat a lot to get full value as this is the only reason to go. We were seated next to an exterior door this visit on a 20-degree night. With people entering and exiting, our food was not only immediately cold, but we were too. When I complained they locked the door which only stopped people from coming in. I complained again and asked if we could be moved, that was not even addressed. The server was not to be found for our check, so this time I asked for a manager. All she did was apologize and said she comped us 1 dinner. We had brought guests and found ourselves extremely embarrassed. So, in summary, there is no atmosphere, poor service and cold food which overshadows the Churrasco experience. The Atlanta, GA restaurant was much better.

Food was good but severely understaffed. Service was very slow, place was overcrowded. Managers bussing tables and not caring about customer service. Getting desert was a challenge. Would only recommend to go during the week when they are hopefully not busy.

Our server Jessica was amazing, kind and attentive. The food and service was amazing, will be returning for so much more. The chocolate molten cake was soooooooooo good. The cut of meats delicious!!!

Good food in general. For the meat buffet, a bit slow especially for lamb chops, rib eye and fillet mignon which are our favorites. Ala carte menu is really good including the salad bar. Recommended and we will come back. Thank you

Chilean Sea Bass was undercooked and wasn’t fresh. Additionally, I asked to substitute the asparagus for green beans and received a pile of assorted beans which I could not eat.
