Fogo de Chão is an internationally-renowned steakhouse from Brazil that allows guests to discover what's next at every turn.     Never go to this place on a holiday! They are amateurs! The guy managing the seating was a disaster and there was an unnecessary crowd waiting. We sat at a table and we were basically ignored for drinks. We asked twice for drinks and didn't get them until we had finished eating. I never experienced such chaos! Very disappointing!

    It was Christmas Eve, so it was busy and bustling. At first we had too much attention, with 4-5 servers constantly checking on us. Within about 20 mins that dropped off sharply and it was hard to find anyone to refill our water or bring cheese rolls. The food was excellent and we enjoyed ourselves.

    I just wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the fantastic brunch we had at your establishment. We reserved a table for a party of 10, and everything from start to finish was truly amazing! A special thanks to Richard, who was fantastic and attentive throughout our meal. He catered to our every need and even helped us take a photo to remember the occasion! Thank you for making this experience so memorable. We will definitely be back soon!

    This Brazilian Steakhouse was not the best. They ran out of two different beers and also Rosé. How do you run out of wine? The sides at the "great table" where not that great. Some of the meats were great others not so much. The waiters did not work as a team and asked the same question more than once nor did they communicate well (with us or eachother). Example, were we asked 3 times if we wanted dessert / coffee after we ordered said dessert / coffee. My party and I called this uncontrolled chaos. I have been to other Brazilian Steakhouses and while chaotic it was controlled and run well, not here. It was nice to try but I do not recommend nor will be going back.

    Love this place. The GM, Renalto is amazing. His entire staff is outstanding. Very welcoming and friendly.

    We celebrated our work Christmas lunch here and it was fantastic. Everyone was so helpful and professional. Iliana was the best server we had. She was friendly, professional and recommended various meats to us.

    Overall, our experience at Fogo de Chão was mixed. While the food was good, as Brazilians, we were a bit disappointed that not all the traditional cuts of Brazilian meats we expected were available. The ambiance, unfortunately, detracted from the meal—it was overly crowded, with servers frequently bumping into us and our guests. Adding to the confusion, we were assisted by four different servers throughout the evening, making it unclear who to turn to when we needed help. Despite noting specific seating preferences when making the reservation, we were placed near a service station. This resulted in our guest being exposed to constant loud noises from dishes, conversations, and general service activity, making the experience far from ideal. Moreover, no one checked in on us during the meal, suggesting that the reservation notes were either ignored or overlooked. Service felt chaotic and disorganized, which made an otherwise promising evening fall short.

    We had a wonderful time celebrating a couple birthdays for me and my teenage son!! Charmine, our waitress was amazing! She did a masterful job of serving us!! Thank you Fogo for making my birthday super special!
