    This is one of my favorite Brazilian restaurants, but I have to say that the service could be better. You have to wait up to 10 min to have more meat. Our server did his job. Very friendly and polite. The access door to the mall needs to be fixed since every time someone gets out the door remains open and you can feel the cold wind.I closed the door 4 times during my dinner time. The food was amazing as usual. I noticed that after 45 min the meet servers don’t come by your table any more. The huge difference between Fogo and Alma Gaucha is the service. If you want to be treated as special guests specially for your anniversary or birthday, you have to go to Alma Gaucha.

    Our first time at Fogo de Chao. We took advantage of Taste of Brazil. It was awesome. We were most impressed with the service staff. Pierre was friendly and helped make our dining experience exceptional. The food was delicious. I just wish the Taste of Brazil promotion would be extended.

    As we have done in previous years, we went to celebrate Veterans Day. Unfortunately this year, we were less than impressed. We seemed to continually get walked past when the team had meat even though our cards were always green. Then when the members would come by to our table with the meats, it was consistently overcooked. The meat would be black charred burnt on the outside and then well done gray on the inside. It almost felt like we had to flag down the team just to have them come by our table even though we were sat DIRECTLY across from where they cook the meat. Overall the experience has discouraged us from celebrating here again.

    The ambience was great and service was top notch! We were welcomed warmly and ushered directly to our table. The servers were very friendly and took time to explain the menu and answer questions we had. This is a location that we will keep going back to for a long time. We got value for our money!
