Terrible Customer Service, Every meat that was brought out was BRIGHT RED, i asked for it cooked a certain temperature like medium well and was never brought. I asked for the churrasco experience and only got 2 meats that were on the menu. Overall terrible experience, I will be asking for a refund.

Food taste is inconsistent. At times the meet is very hard to chew with blunt taste and sometimes it’s very good.

Buffet was mediocre compared to other Fogo de Chão restaurants. Meat is not passed even if you have the green sign on. You need to ask and that’s it. Plates not replaced. Too expensive for the price. Waiter was had more tables than was able to handle, not attention. Only When you arrive. I have been to many fogo de chão restaurants this one is the nicer looking, worst food and worst service

the event was confusing,i wasnt told the salad bar cost an extra $36 per person so when i got the bill for me and my gf i was surprised to see a suprising $70 on the bill,i also didnt know how much of the wagyu they were serving as it was never said so me and my gf were sitting around for a while waiting for the servers to come around with a serving of the meat.i like the restaurant and will come back but i felt the event needed more clarification.

I've always liked this place and it offers very good value. Today I went and had the market table and the skirt steak add on. The market table was very good but the meat was a big disappointment. It didn't seem to be as high quality as before, not enough marbling.

The food from the Buffet was not all good. Salad was good, cold cuts were good although was never able to get any of the good ham. The rice was hard and uncooked, the mashed potatoes on the table came frozen, the service was Super Slow, never got to eat meat that saw going around. The bread was delicious and the brulee cheesecake too. Medium rare meat was coming much-much more faster than the well cooked. For the pieces of meat and the cheap buffet food, meal was overpriced. They raised the price, cut the help and served less food. Not happy.
