Overall good but, service and attention to detail needs work. For some reason the servers don’t look at the cards. We were continued to be bombarded when the card was red. What’s the point of having the cards if you’re going to ask anyway. Also, it seemed like some of the cuts come very often while others were few and far between.

Food was just okay. Quality of meats wasn’t what it used to be. Meats were pretty bland in flavor overall. Service is great and all the servers really go out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. A bit pricey overall for the quality of food. I guess they are counting on quantity over quality.

I dont know what was going on in the kitchen, and the staff was very apologetic but everyone’s meals came out at different times and the sides came when we were done with the main meal.

We reserved an outdoor table for five. Upon arrival, it was clear that the restaurant was unaware of it being an outdoor reservation despite a specific option for outdoor seating on this platform. This was not a request like it is for some restaurants. When asked if we had a problem with squeezing five people at a four top we said yes but the hostess proceeded to push an extra chair to the table anyway. We again said that we did not want to have a fifth chair on the corner of the table especially since there were zero customers in that section. Pushing a two top to the four top would have been an easy solution. My husband was more than happy to assist with a simple sliding over of the table next to ours. Instead, the hostess left us on the sidewalk for almost 15 minutes. We went back in to inquire what was going on and it was still a hot mess. We decided to leave given the level of incompetency shown by the hostesses. This is not a budget friendly restaurant and service should not be this lousy given the high cost of dining at Fogo. Please get your front of house staff in order as it is the first impression of what’s to come. Thankful we didn’t stick around to find out how bad the rest of the experience would have been at Fogo!

Great atmosphere and the Gaucho lunch menu with access to an amazing salad bar and picanha meat cut hard to beat in terms of value. Service was very good also even with a full and busy restaurant.
