THIS LOCATION IS SMALL. THE OMELETTE STATION (CHEF) STANDS DIRECTLY IN BETWEEN TWO TABLES! ADDITIONALLY, ANOTHER TABLE, THE STAFF CONTINUES TO WALK BACK AND FORTH!! CUSTOMERS WALK BY THIS TABLE AS WELL!! BOTH NEGATIVELY IMPACTED THE DINING EXPERIENCE!!

The restaurant itself is really beautiful. We had reservations at 7:45 pm but they didn’t start setting up the table until 8pm so my party of 7 had to wait. Which they weren’t that busy for that to have happened but whatever it’s fine. Our waitress was very sweet but very soft spoken so it was hard to hear her. Overall good experience, I think with them being new they are working out their kinks. Not once did a manager stop by our table to ask about our experience, which I know other restaurants typically do.

Giving some grace bc they just opened however the service desperately needs work. Had to ask for things multiple times and even after asking, items were still forgotten and were never brought to the table.. No person ever identified themselves as our main server so we had to flag down multiple people to get things, order dessert, etc. hopefully the service gets better however it is miles below the service standards of the other locations. Food was decent and what you would expect from a Brazilian steakhouse.

The food was great…the only thing is you can’t park your own car the valet takes all the parking spots. I know it is free.

Great food and very attentive staff. They made our anniversary celebration very special! The only issue was that ALL of the close up parking spaces (around the entire building coned off) were reserved for valet parking which I understand has a cost. If you don't want to pay for valet parking then you have to park somewhere else and walk. As a Cypress resident, it's great to have one closer to home and not have to drive to the Woodlands.
