Awful - it’s been a long time since I’ve had such a bad dining experience. The food was passable at best, but the service and experience were terrible. There were very long periods between people coming to us, we would have ordered more drinks but were never able to because no one asked. They are suppose to come around with meat. The meat selection on the menu was inaccurate - only half of the options were offered to us. They have a red/green system so the servers know when to come to you (or not) and that was never honored. As noted above, hardly anyone approached us. They also offer you a tiny pineapple drink and they don’t tell you that they are going to charge you for it! And it’s an expensive drink! For what we paid for vs what we got in terms of both quality and quantity - it was bad value, almost like a rip off. What was suppose to be a nice night out was really ruined by this restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Overall experience was ehh! Seating upstairs is ridiculous, as you have to walk down flight of stairs to get food from the salad/app area to have to walk back through the entrance area, through all the people waiting to be seated, with a full plate of food and back up steps. Ridiculous they don’t have a smaller version of that upstairs. Drinks were decent, various meats were good. Service was okay, not attentive enough, only had one drink and if I wanted another one I was nearly done with meal before waitress came back to see if we wanted anything else.

The worst food in history very salty the salad bar was gross too! I will never go back . Very disappointed wanted to love it so bad .. but just not worth the money spent !

My experience was not so pleasant, I wanted it to be special for my father's birthday but they did not take it into account, however the manager found out about the situation and was very cordial with me. And he managed to solve it...!

The place was very nice. The food was great and the ambiance matched the price. Service was poor. The waitress was in attentive. In addition it took about 30 mins before we were served any meat at our table.
