We had an amazing dinner experience last evening at Fogo de Chao! Excellent service from each staff member that visited our table, and there were many, all with smiling faces, friendly and helpful. There was a vast array of beautifully presented foods at the Market Table - I tried many things I had never tasted before and everything was fresh, flavorful and delicious. The fire-roasted meats were juicy and bursting with flavor. We tried bacon-wrapped beef and chicken, lamb chops, sausage, and various cuts of beef. We skipped several other cuts of pork and chicken to focus on the meats we really liked, particularly the top and bottom sirloin. My husband’s cocktail, a Caipirinha, was the best he’s ever had. No room for dessert! All in all it was a great experience - an ambiance of celebration of food and holiday! Highly recommend this restaurant.

WAY Overstaffed and couldn’t have a conversation with the constant interruptions from staff trying to upsell or clear my drink/plate. Food was okay, did the signature for $71 and the floor was so slippery that I caught myself luckily on a nearby booth. The lady sitting at booth said I wasn’t the first one to slip. Poor tequila selection. Won’t go back.

We were delighted with our Christmas Day dinner for two at this new Roseville restaurant. We were seated immediately even though we were one hour early and the restaurant was packed full to capacity. The buffet table of cold meets and salads was very excellent. Our Server Selena was so capable . Selena took care of us for the entire meal and we sensed a good standard for the entire staff. We will return soon.

10/10 friendly staff, amazing food, wonderful service. Only negative thing id mention is that it feels crowded. Tables too close together. You have to walk sideways to get through in some areas.

The quality of the side dishes was really poor. The meat was decent but a lot of it was undercooked to my liking. The waiter told me after we were finished that we could ask them to cook the meat longer if we wanted. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. the service was really good and as far as ambience goes, it’s a beautiful place, but the tables are very close together, so I felt funny walking in between them to get to the buffet. I felt like I was disturbing other patrons while they were trying to eat. The desserts were very good. I felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality of the buffet.

I recently dined at Fogo de Chao and had a mized experience. While the salad bar offered a wide variety of choices, I felt it could benefit from more fruit selections. Unfortunately, the main focus- the meats- did not meet my expectations. Some cuts were overly salty and tough, and the rotation of meats seemed limited. Despite having our “Yes Please” card turned up, the seevers were not attentive and our requests (like for bananas) seemed forgotten. I appreciate the effort to create a vibrant atmosphere, but I believe theres room for improvement in the quality of meats and overall service to truly deliver on the authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience.

Great service and friendly staff. Very attentive even for Xmas Eve. Some of the food items were a little on the dry side but was overall very good
