Service was slow and food was mediocre. Disappointed because the establishment was not busy at all and the service was so slow!

The quality of food was subpar, everything was bland. We ordered beverages for our table and it took 45 min! Our waiter disappeared for large amounts of time. Overall ,not great.

This is a newer location for this restaurant brand and it was clear they still have some kinks to work out. We arrived at 4:29 pm for our 4:30pm reservation and the hostesses were overwhelmed. It took about 10 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. When we were seated the hostess only had 1 menu for two people and promised to return with a second. However she never returned. There was some sort of commercial equipment (possibly a heater) running near the bar that was very loud. The dining room music was so loud (on top of the equipment noise) we couldn’t hear our server. Wait staff didn’t seem to have great timing when it came to checking in on our table. Long waits for cocktail re-orders. All staff were friendly and courteous. Food quality was good. Some of the higher quality cuts of meat only made their way to our table once (and then the filet mignon was flavorful but tough). The restaurant is in a great location at the wharf but I think I’ll return to their Pennsylvania Ave location next time as service was better there.

Once we were seated, the waiter took our drink order and a short time later we received our drinks. At that time our waiter disappeared and we did not see him again for an hour. At that time we informed our waiter we were leaving, paid the check and left the restaurant. Worst restaurant experience ever!

I was here to celebrate my brother’s birthday. The atmosphere was nice and upscale, but service was very slow. We did the experience and my partner remarked how he had never eaten more salad than meat at a Fogo de Chao before. We also waited a while for the birthday dessert, and “birthday” was misspelled (“brithday”) on the plate. A disappointing experience, to say the least.
