   everything was great, especially the wines. however, the music from the bar area was intrusive and really detracted from appreciating the food and wine .

   The caiparinhas were very good. The salad bar was good quality. The meat was good quality for the most part, and I liked the way they salted the meat, but not A SINGLE PIECE OF MEAT WAS MEDIUM RARE as requested, which is why we will not be getting the $72 dinner again. EVERY piece was either RAW – not even rare! Or WELL DONE! Amazing. The waitstaff and bartenders were very good . When i put 1 star for service that was because all the meat was raw or well done, not because of the waitstaff. We kept asking for medium rare , but never got it. The other local churrascaria is much more accommodating in this respect.

   Interior is great, parking outside is a challenge, no clear instruction where to park or even Valet service. Totally not impressed by the service here. Its my first time in this location, we would appreciate a bit of introduction. Staff were snobbish. We would see other table being served nice and polite, then back to us meats being slammed. Not much of a variety were served for us. Salad bar is meh. Good to know we are not coming back here, another restaurant to avoid.

   I tell everyone. EVERYONE. My favorite restaurant is Fogo. The last 2 times I’ve been there. The experience has been sub par. This most recent experience was the worst. They put us in the corner next to a scuffed up wall, no light on the table for ambiance, I went to another table and literally took their light 😂 The waiter took forever to first arrive. The meat took absolutely forever to get to us and they always went to the bigger tables first. Many times those tables had big parties that took it all. When I first came to Fogo nearly 3 years ago. After that experience I called it my favorite restaurant ever! My most recent experiences have me looking for better. Very sad because the food is still good. But the quality of the experience is not the same… I hope they invest in hiring better and having managers that make sure the experience for every customer is top notch. Otherwise, I see them going down hill. SAD :(
