This brand-new, unparalleled lodge is perched at the top of the American Eagle telemix lift and will elevate Copper's on-mountain dining experience from start to finish. “Forage and Feast”—a full-service restaurant—will feature unique Colorado cuisine, Aerie bar & lounge will be the perfect spot to grab a drink and check the game's score, a private dining area is primed for events, a five-station food hall will provide amplified options, and it will all be topped off with 270-degree views of the Gore and Ten Mile Ranges.     Join us at our mid-mountain lodge, Aerie, this winter for four evenings of extended service at the Forage & Feast Dinner Series. The dinners will include mouthwatering food, stunning mountain scenery, and live music! Savor an la carte menu with reservations starting at 5:30 PM and the last seating at 8:45 PM, but don't miss out on the pre-dinner revelry—The Aerie Bar will stay open from 3:30 PM, providing the perfect spot to relax before your meal.                                                                                                                                     The view and quality of the lodge at the top of the American Eagle lift at Copper is exceptional. However, service was way overtaxed and honestly the food court quality in the same building is equal quality if not better. It has the potential to be exquisite. They need to hire a chef.

                                                                                                                                    candlelight dinner experience .Food is overall excellent quality. Rivals some of the best restaurants in Denver. We did get served a course without utensils and had to wait a bit before we could grab new. Food had gone cold, but they were quick to replace with completely new dishes. Price may have a bit elevated compared to other similar restaurants .

                                                                                                                                    Great spot for a late lunch after a day of skiing. The cocktails were delicious and food was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

                                                                                                                                    Enjoyed the amazing view from our table! Server, Lexi, was perfect. She was friendly, told us about the specials and checked on us frequently. My husband and I shared the Artichoke/onion dip and Italian Dip sandwich. Food was excellent. Will definitely dine here again if we are on Copper Mountain.
