The Forage Public House serves a contemporary American and gastropub-style cuisine. The restaurant offers a traditional dining space in its bright and sophisticated interior. The ambience is generally welcoming and casual. Forage Public House also offers outdoor patio seating for its customers. The restaurant's food is prepared fresh from locally sourced ingredients by resident Chef Demetrios. Brunch is served at the restaurant on the weekends.

The Forage Public House menu contains a large variety of savory meals for lunch and dinner. The food was delicious and came out as ordered but my avocado toast was cold. The eggs were cooked perfectly and everyone’s food was good. Service was excellent! Very good brunch.

Food, service and ambience great. We went before a show at Playhouse Square and they were very mindful of our departure time. I have celiac disease and there are many options for gluten free. I always bring a roll or crackers as many restaurants do not supply. If you are looking at the menu online the Lake Erie fish is marked gf and it is NOT.

I made a reservation for 4 pm on Sunday, October 13. Late morning a young lady called to cancel the reservation saying they were closing at 3 pm that day. Then a few minutes later she called me back and said she was misinformed and that they could honor the dinner reservation at 4 pm. When my friend and I arrived the restaurant was closed and we ended up at Sauced down the street for a casual meal. Not sure what was happening at FPH. Note: There was no way to leave a review without selecting star levels. Since we didn’t get to enter the restaurant much less try the food I rated it as fair to be kind and still reflect our irritation with the mixed communications.

Outstanding service and food! We each had something different and were pleased with everything. I had the BLT which is always amazing and the vegetables that were served with it were outstanding!

We went for a light lunch on a weekday. We ordered drinks (Pecan Old Fashioned and a Strawberry type drink which was wonderful!); our food order was a bowl of French Onion soup and Tacos. All items were delicious but the shrimp taco was insanely fresh! I haven't had shrimp this fresh AND cooked to perfection maybe ever? #SOGOOD Also, staff was great, engaging, friendly, relaxed...

Food was fairly priced and portions were large. I will definitely be back! Service was a little slow and servers seemed to be stretched thin. We waited for about 15-20 minutes for on persons Bloody Mary so the rest of the table was waiting to make a toast as we had our Prosecco already. Also Prosecco came to table corked so we had to wait for server to make it back to us to open.

The short rib with risotto was excellent. The cauliflower appetizer was very good and so was my pecan old fashioned. The tacos were ok but not very tasty or special.
