They had a twist of some dishes and some were classic Italian. Everything was flavorful and service was great! My item from what we ordered would be the calamari (it had a teriyaki glaze and sesame seeds and was done really well! Perfect amount of seasoning and crunch)

Ask for the daily specials! I had the gondola ravioli and the short ribs which were out of this world! The bartender also makes very nice drinks

The experience at Fork was over the Top!! It exceeded my expectations!!! From the time we walked in the door everything was Spectacular!! The food was just Amazing!! The Service was impeccable!! The owner Nik is just Incredible!! We will definitely be going back!! It’s a must !! Don’t miss out!

Second night of the trip coming here. Everything was so good first time that we had to come back. Happy we did. Food was lights out...had both the sushi pizza and mussels again for apps. Tried the salmon this time for dinner on the servers reccomendation and was impressed by how good it was. I usually find salmon boring and uninspired but Fork did not disappoint with their take. Espresso martinis were a delicious night cap. Service and warmth of the entire staff was 10/10. Looking forward to our next time here.

Absolutely incredible! A perfect blend of modern flair and classic American flavors. The dishes were creative, beautifully plated, and bursting with fresh ingredients. The ambiance was stylish yet cozy, and the service was impeccable. Can’t wait to come back!

The warm welcoming from the owner upon arrival, to the comfort and consideration of our server, accompanied by delicious cocktails from the kind and friendly bartender, this place is nothing short of excellent and exactly what the Rahway area needs. Quality drinks, quality food with a welcoming, family vibe. Will definitely be returning.

WE LOVE FORK!!!!! This place is amazing! So happy to try a new restaurant with such an elegant and elevated bar. The dining area is so nice and has a sexy vibe. The drink menu is awesome, and by far the best Lychee Martini in the area. The food is INSANE. Such a great variety for apps and entrees. You cannot skip out on the sushi pizza or the pork chop. They really thought of it all when they created this menu. The best part about Fork, other than the food and drinks, is the hospitality and service. The management team, bar staff, servers, and more, greet you with smiles and treat you like family. That is exactly what you want in a restaurant. The manager, Nik is awesome and we will become regulars at Fork. I know i will not be making anything for dinner other than reservations…. Thank you, Fork!

Just had the most amazing dinner at Fork tonight. The ambiance was perfect, the staff was super friendly, and the food was out of this world. Highly recommend trying, make sure you get to know Nik he’s such an amazing guy. Can't wait to go back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
