Fraiche (French for Fresh) is a fresh take on culinary fusion with inspiration from multiple cultures (including French, Cajun/Southern American, and Caribbean). This is also a fresh take on the historic architecture of the venue, which was once a theater.

Fraiche is designed to be a non-pretentious culinary destination with a nod to upscale dining without the stuffiness. The menu is constructed in a way that takes approachable and recognizable food and elevates it, with no flavor left behind!

Since the beginning of time, food has brought people together and that is our ultimate goal with this concept.

                                                                The overall rating is 2 stars because the host was very pleasant. Everything else wasn't the best experience. From the atmosphere, food, service, all need severe improvement. I highly recommend the restaurant should close for a week or two to train the staff and to work on their customer experience. It's not ideal to be out of so many products on your menu and it's on a slow Tuesday!!

                                                                I enjoyed checking out Fraiche, and I’m so glad I did! I went there for dinner with two friends and had a fantastic time. Everything from the service to the food, drinks, and ambiance was excellent. Our server, Taisha, was adorable and made our experience even better. I highly recommend it!

                                                                This was my first visit. We had the oxtail meat balls and mussels to start. The mussels were good but not unexpected. The meatballs however were the best thing I had today. The crispy exterior filled with meat. Yum! Who knew? I had the grilled branzino which was perfectly crispy and seasoned well. My friend had the garlic noodles with salmon which she saw the chef prepare on the Tamron Hall Show. We loved our entrees! I finished the meal with the crème brulee for dessert which didn’t disappoint. The music was loud but not so we couldn’t hear one another and have conversation. The atmosphere is a cool vibe. The service staf was attentive. I definitely want to return to try more items.

                                                                To start we had the charbroiled oysters, an old fashion & a margarita. For our meal we had the crab cakes which came with a salad, added a side of mac and cheese, and the lamb chops which came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. All of the food tasted wonderful.

                                                                Drove from Philly to dine for my birthday and had a great experience. The customer service was amazing, Melissa was very friendly. There’s almost no wait for your food and speaking of food- I can’t put into words how OUTSTANDING the food was. My cousin did not want cheese on his food and a chef came out to explain the recipe to him and offer to make changes to the dish. Very impressive. Matt (Mr. Make it happen) walked around the dining room and stopped to chat. After finding out it was my bday he personally delivered a complimentary glass of champagne. I would make the trip anytime for this place.
