   I thought the food was just average and we felt rushed the whole time. It was a Monday night so it wasn’t busy. Also very expensive. We would not go back.

   We went for Easter lunch and had a wonderful time. Service was good and the specials were very good. The free parking garage is a plus.

   I’m so thrilled Mia Francesca has opened an outpost in Lincolnwood. Same incredible food. The ambience is great, except that the music for Easter lunch was way too loud and my mom couldn’t hear half of what was being said. Staff is conscientious and very friendly. Well done!

   We go there a lot. The food is usually excellent yesterday. It was so so maybe they had a bad night

   Second time here & it was worth it. Brought a first timer & he loved it, too. The calamari was delicious as was all 3 of our entrees. We will all return.

   Lovely big open room. Lots of windows. Great food, great service. My only beef is that it was kind of noisy, but it was a Saturday night.

   Mia Francesca’s in Lincolnwood rivals its original lakeview location . The ambiance is lively and modern , the food is light and flavorful unlike typical Italian restaurants . Their cocktails are generous, refreshing,served in cut glass tumblers. Our server Jeff was very attentive . The overall experience was an enjoyable one .I will definitely return .

    First time at this location. Francesa’s has always meant quality in the Chicagoland region since their first restaurant opened in Lakeview. So I had a certain expectation level. I will say the food did not disappoint. One surprise was the hostess trying to seat us right next to the kitchen when the restaurant was nearly empty at 5:00 & after I specifically requested on OpenTable a spot near the window. Also our waiter was clueless. Nice, but service was poor. I don’t live near Lincolnwood, so I doubt I would make an effort to return to this location. There is potential here, but need to work out the issues.
