Ethan was very courteous. We had an excellent lunch and appreciate the dessert for our anniversary. We will come back soon!

We came on a holiday weekend, so it took them roughly 15 minutes to seat us, but once they did, the service was excellent, the food was very unique and tasty, and while it was loud inside, the ambience was very nice.

They’re a busy restaurant so expect to wait a bit for your table even with a reservation, especially on weekends. But once you’re seated the service is really great with very attentive servers. Warning, music is very loud at the restaurant. The food though is incredibly delicious. It’s super expensive and the portions could be bigger but the flavors of everything are really great. Worth the splurge for a special occasion.

The food was amazing and the staff were very attentive. Beautiful place! Loved the Octopus appetizer! Both mine and my boyfriend’s dinner was nothing short of spectacular! Highly recommended.

Overall food and wait service was great but host stand was awful. We were one minute late they told us we lost our spot even though I could go on open table and book a reservation for 30 minute from them at first the lady said they would not honor it then they changed their mind. Bar service a plus food a plus and waiters we great.

After promising to stage the courses, the waiter brought the enteees while we were starting the appetizers. The $75 “wagu shortribs” was a single fatty rib. My chicken dish was over cooked. Our mussels were good but I was sick the next day. This one is on our list only for brunch going forward. They do those well.

We went for my wife’s birthday and wanted to experience the pre-fixe menu that was promoted on their website and open table. Unfortunately our server informed us that it was not being offered as items sold out, mind you we sat at 6:15pm. So we moved forward with a $200 bottle of wine, apps and entrees only to hear the table next to us was offered the pre-fixe menu. Pretty disappointing to say the least. Food was excellent and server was great, but she was placed in an obvious difficult position by management saying to stop pre-fixe then start up again.

My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience at Francine. It was our first time dining here, and we selected the Prix Fixe menu. Each course was amazing. The whipped goat cheese appetizer was delicious as well as the Salmon and Steak Frites.
