Take a break and transport yourself to France. Francine incorporates the best of French cuisine with a beautiful cafe like atmosphere! The food is fantastic and won't break your wallet, while the atmosphere is relaxing!

First time to Francine, had a lovely lunch, so many wonderful items on the menu it was hard to choose. Loved the crab shrimp salad. The wash chicken salad also amazing. The chicken sandwich was very good. Yummy sourdough bread. The desserts were scrumptious! The profiteroles and the Harry berries were great. Our server was so friendly and the staff were very helpful.

Francine is ALWAYS a great experience! Wonderful service from the start, and the dining options are top notch! We’ve NEVER been disappointed. Kudos!

Our server was OUTSTANDING. All the appetizers were wonderful. Unfortunately my entree was horrible and tasteless.

The menu is tasty but the option of everyone at the table has to Order the same thing or it’s not available is really off putting. Paying separately for bread is cheapskate. Plus it was stale Noble. The food was fresh but not outstanding for the price . I took friends expecting the original great . Not this time . Wine by the glass is too limited If I went alone I could have Sushi And a wine but I won’t take a group. Maybe they hope the bar keeps them going. The meal Was not spectacular for the price. Again. Wine by the bottle. Really that’s an indicator that this place is on the downside. It’s for a large group not paying attention to little choice. Half the population is on different dietary needs. This just doesn’t work. Go back to the old way or you are on your way out ! Plus the soso French accent of server doesn’t work. We have all been to France. We know the real thing.

I was with six others and was expecting an extraordinary dining experience. It was far from it. Our drink order was timely and our waitress told us she would be right back and go over the specials with us. She did not return for close to an hour and she never went over the specials. We found out later we each could have had an appetizer, entree, and dessert for a fixed price. The waitress never mentioned this to us. I had asked if the chef could make my pasta dish without mushrooms, but the waitress said he could not. I was stunned because this has never been a problem with any restaurant I have ever been to, especially a high end restaurant. We ordered appetizers at the time we ordered dinner because we didn't have the opportunity to do so beforehand since our waitress disappeared and those were all delicious. It would have been nice to have ordered them once we ordered our drinks or shortly thereafter. My brother and I both ordered our steaks well done, but my brother's was medium rare and mine was medium. The manager was kind enough to hear our complaints and comped my brother his meal. The markup on the wine was ridiculously high, about triple. The ambience is very nice, but overall, this restaurant should do a much better job with service and food for what they charge.
