                                        My first visit to Frankie’s. Food was delicious, but service was very slow. Arrived on time for our 6pm reservations. Food arrived at 6:55, despite having told our server when we arrived that we were on a tight schedule. restaurant was very busy that night and perhaps understaffed. Will go back again when we are not pushed.

                                        What a great place we booked outside bc we brought our dog but were warmly greatly and offered an inside table in the bar area. The staff could not have been more lovely. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the bacon duck bites.

                                        We were here for the balloon festival which is a very busy weekend. Knowing that the restaurant was poorly staffed. The hostess was extremely sweet and helpful though. It took 25 minutes for us to receive our drinks. Food order was mixed up so we got salads before appetizer. Had two different waitresses and neither introduced themselves and were not very friendly. But our steak was perfectly cooked and delicious.

                                        Reservation was at 5:30. Seated promptly. No server showed up for 20-30 minutes. There were very few tables at the time. Drinks were wrong and had to be made again. It was about an hour before any food came out- some cold and one entree was cancelled because it was brought out so late. The manager was wholly unapologetic and basically had a bad attitude. She begrudgingly offered a 20% discount. Our bill included food and drinks that never came and had to be corrected. This is a shame because we’ve eaten here in the past with no issues. I’ve never written or felt the need to write a review like this…it was just so bad.

                                        The restaurant closed and did not inform customers. We arrived just before 1930hrs looking forward to a lovely evening to be very disappointed considering we had changed our hotel reservations to stay in central Natchez to eat at this restaurant. Exceptionally poor customer service.

                                        Frankie's provides the full dining experience. Great cocktails to accompany your food. Can't say enough about the lamb chops! Best I have ever had!
