Frankie’s The Steakhouse boasts an upscale traditional steakhouse menu paired with a distinctive Italian twist. Located on the third floor of 6500 Sugarloaf Parkway. It is Gwinnett’s newest and finest steakhouse.

DRESS CODE:

As a sign of respect for fellow guests, everyone is encouraged to dress for the occasion. We kindly request you refrain from wearing shorts, open-toed shoes, tank tops, athletic wear, excessively revealing clothing, ripped jeans, hoodies, beanies, and baseball caps. Jackets and collared shirts are strongly encouraged. We greatly appreciate your respect for our guidelines. Always a delight, the Dover sole was amazing and the jasper vegetables are an absolute must. Is suggest saving room for dessert but I’ve yet to successfully do so myself.

Heard a lot about Frankie’s over the years. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the hype nor expectations. We felt a little bit like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she went to go shopping… not welcomed. On top of that, each of our three meals were not cooked to order. When re-fired, they came back worse than originally plated. The overall service was mediocre at best. Suffice it to say that we were very disappointed, especially with the stupidly high pricing. We did not get what we paid for, all the way around.

Been to Frankie's many times. By far least desirable experience. Service- not great. Employees seemed annoyed to be there. Food came out wrong temperature & not one time did anyone ask if everything was correct or needed anything. Had to wave them down for a refill of cocktails. Tables around us were loud & obnoxious. What happened to the sommelier experience? Pushing cocktails only. Not worth the money anymore.

This was my first time dining at Frankies's. The food was outstanding, as was the service. We dined there on Christmas Eve so they were very busy. I was surprised that people wear jeans and sneakers to a restaurant like this and that it is acceptable. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would not hesitate to go back.
