Frank’s Outback has 45 seats inside the building and interestingly, the patrons get to walk through the open kitchen to enter the dining room. Once inside, you sense a warm welcoming atmosphere. The walls are painted in a cool blue with original artwork on the walls. White tablecloths, candle light, hand polished silverware and glassware grace the tables. There are also 100 seats outside, set in a garden setting under a canopy of trees. The outdoor seats are covered and not affected by weather. In the Fall and Winter guests are warmed by infrared heaters and the large outdoor fireplace.

                                                                                    Holiday season, busy but lovely. No complaints on food (excellent), service (excellent), but were seated right in front of the fireplace, which normally would not be bad. It was cold outside, so the heaters were on, which was a good thing. Problem was, people sitting behind us kept asking for it to be turned down or off, and it chilled us bigtime. there was a cold breeze escaping inside by where we were seated, and I was cold, my husband was ok with his back to the fire, until it went out. Would have been a more enjoyable ambiance if they did not keep turning off the heaters. (It was 50 out). I did say something to the waitress, and she told a man in charge of the heat, but he kept adjusting it down/off for the people right behind us. Also, the music was too loud, and my husband and I could not hear one another sitting across from each other. I think with all the holiday business and noise level from groups, music is not really justified. Food was excellent, and we will return, only into another seating area. Not by the fire. And not in the room with music.

                                                                                    Franks was amazing as always! We love the food, the staff and the atmosphere. Franks is our go-to for special occasions and our favorite Friday night hangout.

                                                                                    Really nice atmosphere, and has great ambience. Unfortunately this visit the waitress we had was really awful. I asked for a coke 3 times before I was finally given one, she stood very far away from the table when taking our orders so we kept having to repeat ourselves many times, and the food was not as good as it normally is. The salmon was overcooked with a sauce that was just awful, the asparagus was undercooked and hard, and the lemon chicken pasta was slimy because the noodles were overcooked leaving the sauce to be mushy. Overall this was not the best experience we’ve had at this place, and I’m hoping that this was an off night the restaurant was having.
