Locale carino con possibilità gluten free. Abbiamo prenotato online e subito ci hanno fatto accomodare. In sala i camerieri, microfono in mano, tutti cantanti e festosi. A suon di note e musica si alternavano , ballando tra i tavoli, quasi come fosse un musical. Atmosfera piacevole e ragazzi molto affabili . Cibo buono, prezzi nella media di New York, città non certo economica. Tre burger serviti con una porzione di patate fritte e solito cetriolo 🤣, una fetta di pomodoro e una di cipolla, una coca cola, totale del conto 75 dollari . Abbiamo lasciato 80 dollari ( 5 di mancia) al gentilissimo ragazzo che ci ha servito. Giudizio positivo . Zona centralissima.

We had a reservation at 615 -we got there early at 538 and the hostess told me we had a reservation at 615 do you want to come back ? There was not a line and they had plenty empty tables. I told her we would sit and wait she says find . As I went to walk away a couple came in with no reservation and was seated! I asked another host that if we were walk ins could we be seated right away -she said they were saving tables for walk ins and I had two reservations ahead of me -that were not even there yet ! I I told her consider me a walk in -she went and got the first hostess we had spoke to and this hostess comes and tells me they are working on getting me a table -within a few minutes we were seated . Poor customer service -I should not have had to push to be seated . Our server was extremely nice but could not answer questions in regards to the menu . Two of us ordered the Thanksgiving dinner and the others a hamburger med and blt with avocado sandwich . On the dinners the food was barely lukewarm -neither of us finished and the hamburger was not med but in the rare side , the French fries were hard . The sandwich was good but the chips not . One if the sprites was only carbonated water -but the our server replaced it with no problem. Due to the holiday there were no singing servers and that’s probably the only reason we would ever go back A $350 lesson learned .

Today I ordered a Thanksgiving meal for myself and my son got a ribeye meal, and the Turkey meal had no gravy. When I asked for more gravy, the waitress asked me if I needed extra gravy. I told her that I had zero gravy to start with but she still charged me for extra gravy. Gravy was super runny and not thick. The meal had no corn and the string beans were not cooked at all. I mean not even semi cooked. And imagine a turkey meal with no corn.,When we are done, the waitress in a rushing voice said, “ Are we all done?” Instead of asking what kind of pie would I like? I mean the pie is included in their menu. Why would you try to push customers out in 15 minutes? So unprofessional. I reserved this table 3 weeks ago but I regretted it. It was not anything special especially for tourists. We definitely get a better service in smaller cities. I did not make a big deal because it is the Thanksgiving day, but I will never come here again.

Being celiac is hard. Friedmans makes me feel normal. I love that most everything is gluten free. It was also delicious! The best pancakes ever!

It took over 20 minutes after we were seated to take our drink order. I ordered the French Dip and it was very fatty, the bread was so soggy when I got my plate I wouldn’t even eat the bread. My latte tasted like an ash tray smells. Overall, a poor experience. We’ve been many times and this was our worst experience.
