Frogmore Creek Wine Bar is an elegant yet casual space set right on the Hobart Waterfront with views capturing an aspect of Hobart City and Mt Wellington that are unsurpassed.

Happy Hour Tuesday to Saturday 4- 6pm includes $10 wines and $12 cocktail of the week.

All the wines on the extensive list are produced at the Frogmore Creek vineyard, 20 minutes from Hobart in the Coal River Valley.

Take away wines also available.

Great location with variety of seating options. Seated at high table on window overlooking waterfront which ended up being a nice spot. Comfortable stools made a huge difference. Small plate food serves were all well presented and met expectations but food could be served hotter. Service was good/prompt from a variety of staff.

Great location. Great food and great wine. Because I wanted to sit outside I had to go in and pay every time I wanted another glass of wine. ( and/or food) And then wait to have it delivered. Perhaps they have had a lot of runners from bills? but it took away from my experience.

Frogmore Creek Wine Bar is a gem on the Hobart waterfront! The tapas-style food is absolutely amazing, with every dish perfectly crafted and full of flavour. The Amarula Crème Brûlée was the standout dessert—simply stunning. Their wine selection is exceptional, perfectly complementing the food. The views are breathtaking, offering a beautiful outlook over the waterfront and the city, with Mount Wellington providing a picturesque backdrop. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed and scenic dining experience. The service was excellent—our waitress was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. As a lounge music fan, I have to give them extra credit for their fantastic music choice, which added to the great atmosphere. Frogmore Creek Wine Bar delivers on every level: food, wine, service, and ambiance. Highly recommended!

As always, the food is outstanding and the service is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue I found was that the music was a little loud and hard to have a conversation with others at the table as I couldn't hear them well. Well done. Highly recommend. :)
