Made Reservations for 2 at 7:15 on Valentine’s Day. We were sat around 7:15-7:20 but that was our last interaction with any staff. No server approached our table at any point during our visit and we finally gave up and left after 30 minutes to try our luck at another restaurant. As we got up to leave the table next to us, who had just received their food, said that they had been at the restaurant for 1 and a half at that point so maybe we dodged a bullet in the end. I understand it was a very busy night and I would be ok with waiting a little longer on a busy night for a good meal, but to sit at a table for 30 minutes and not even be approached at all was too much for us. I’ve enjoyed my meals here in the past but don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

Arrived at 6:20 for a 6:30 dinner reservation. Was able to get cocktails and order an app within about 15 minutes. The place was not that busy given the fact it was Valentines Day. The app took an hour to get to us. After the 3rd cocktails we still hadn't received our salads when the service asked it we wanted another drink. I said well.....I'm going to be needing my food first. Oh. She went back to check, came back and said they don't have your order. Seriously? I asked how long it would be until we could our order as we had been sitting there for TWO hours at this point. She said she really couldn't say. Took the check and left. Unbelievable! I've been going here for years, it's been a while but never expected such BAD service. There wasn't even a manager on site. Only a young bartender who said she was not a manager but the most "senior" person there. Felt badly for the poor girl. This is a higher end restaurant, or at least it used to be. Totally disappointed.

Server barely checked on us we had to flag her down multiple times. My steak was overcooked. Steaks were bland and definitely not worth $38. Would have rather went to Texas Roadhouse. Food was edible just not worth the $100 bill for two people. Will not be back.

This was a crowded restaurant and a popular one. I don't know why. We looked at FFS's website and looked at info on Open Table but nowhere did it say buffet-only on the day we dined, and nowhere did it say an automatic 20 percent gratuity would be added to our bill. We were a party of 3. The waitress asked us what we wanted to drink, returned more than 10 minutes later with 2 flat diet sodas and a club soda that was discolored due to who knows? The waitress never returned to our table to check on us. And she is getting an automatic 20 percent tip. Really outrageous. The buffet: Every serving dish was out in the open. No glass cover to keep floating whatevers from falling into the food. Not the salad "bar," not the main "buffet," and not the desert table. Decor: This place hasn't been renovated for 30 years, and the actual train cars that are used as dining cars are dangerous as the steps leading up and down are not to code and are slippery.

Waited in line a long time to get in the building. Not sure why they take a reservation if they didn’t even check us in. Seemed they were not organized with the seating.

My daughters spaghetti noodles tasted like they were boiled in mop water. Waitress was very overwhelmed with 14 people

Had reservations for 7pm, was seated but told we would not be served. Never served until 8 pm, even with a reservation. Overheard there was a comedian, so thinking they were serving those customers first. Very dissatisfied. Food was delicious once we got it though.
