Fume Bistro is a locals neighborhood restaurant, nestled north of downtown Napa, off of HWY 29. We are an American bistro with French, Italian and Mediterranean influences. We like to call our food simple, honest and seasonally correct. To accompany the food, we offer an eclectic wine list which is primarily, but not limited to California wines. Comfortable, friendly service. Attention to detail. Terrific food in a great atmosphere. Come on in, let's eat!

Please note that our covered, heated terrace is open all year and super 'dog friendly' during lunch and brunch hours - during dinner in the colder months we enclose the terrace and it's considered part of the dining room.                                                                       Ryan was amazing among the rest of the wait staff this morning. Biscuits and gravy were so exceptional that I ordered another to go. Unfortunately my ricotta pancake was cold but not to worry, I took it back to the hotel to enjoy warm. Fruit was super fresh and sweet. Eggs cooked perfectly. Next time I'm back in the area, we'll definitely dine again.

                                                                      The pork chop was absolutely incredible, without a doubt the best one I’ve ever had. The sides of Brussels sprouts and potatoes were also awesome, I’ve never had Brussels sprouts so crispy and juice. 10/10 would eat again in a heartbeat

                                                                      Fume Bistro is a reliable Napa neighborhood restaurant. It's not flashy, but it delivers a good experience starting with a warm welcome. Unlike outposts of similarly priced chain restaurants we sensed that the employees actually cared. The kitchen actually cooks. While the menu is extensive the nightly specials were seasonal and reasonably priced. The sole and salmon dishes we ordered were attractively plated, properly prepared, and well sized. There isn't a central theme to the restaurant - it's refreshingly out of synch with big chain competitors.

                                                                      I had a delicious Macaroni and Cheese appetizer to share with the table of five where I sat. I then had a Meatloaf Burger and fries. The Meatloaf Burger was unlike any regular burger, three meats and a slice of white cheddar cheese on a great bun. All topped off with a glass of red blend wine. There were a lot of other diverse menu items. Looking forward to going back.
