"We decided to celebrate Christmas with a special 'date' for brunch at Gabrielle in Hotel Bennett, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Daniel, in particular, stood out for his attentiveness and the thoughtful touch of addressing us by name. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, adding to the festive atmosphere. The food and ambiance were perfect for the occasion, and we left feeling truly cared for. I can't recommend Gabrielle enough—it was such a memorable experience that it might just become our new Christmas tradition."

We went for Christmas eve and it was advertised as a experience for the holiday but the dining room was not festive . The bar area was decorated and had music but the dining room was very corp boardroom feeling. What was really disappointing was the food it was a fixed menu and nothing special the bakery goods seemed store bought the dessert was dry and not fresh and something you could easily buy at the grocery store. From the salad to the main course it was nothing special and for the price of $155.00 per person I was expecting a real experience of dining and that did not happen from the service to the food to the ambience.

Food was terrible and chicken was very dry! Thought Christmas Eve Brunch would be so much better! Sandwich, hamburger, chicken … really?!?!Very expensive for what you got! Waitress was very pleasant though. That was about it. Would not go back there again!

Service and vibes were very off. We had an issue with our drinks and the manager seemed very annoyed by our questions and requests. But the Food was delicious!

The Hotel Bennet is a nice place in a fun location in Charleston. The service is great. Our group ordered multiple salads and entrees to share and agreed that the food was good but not great. The staff was friendly and attentive. The menu had a broad selection. The food was well presented but somehow just missed the mark of being great.

Such a lovely first experience as new residents after recently relocating from CA! So memorable that we immediately booked a room & massage for the Tree Lighting event so we’ll be back very soon! Special note to Sam at the Lobby bar for his wonderful customer service.
