   Gale Street Inn is a gem in the neighborhood. The food is outstanding and the service is warm and welcoming. The overall vibe is very cool.

   Gale Street does not disappoint from the welcome at the front door to service at the table. The food is delicious and we had great live music.

   Always a pleasure to take the family to GSI. Our very favorite. never disappoints. and always something new to try. the cocktails were fabulous! And the food, as usual, so great!

   We were immediately seated and the wait staff was by our table minutes later. We ordered a couple glasses of the house Malbec, which was very good. My wife had the half slab of ribs and jambalaya and I had the London broil. The salads were large and had a good mix of greens. Her meal was excellent, mine was very good. For dessert we had the bread pudding which was delicious. The wait staff was attentive and quick. Love having this place in the neighborhood.

   Amazing atmosphere with relaxed music and candle lit tables for an amazing date night out. The staff are attentive and polite. The food was fantastic and presentation was impeccable.

   Service was very slow and too many mistakes were made on our orders. Food came out cold. It had been years since we were all at the Gale St., Inn as it was one of my mother’s favorite restaurants. She used to go there all the time with her husband for crab legs, and ribs. Her crab legs came out cold my brother ordered steak and lobster and ended up with steak and crab legs He had to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes for the lobster and even that came out cold and not fully cooked.My girlfriend and I traveled from Plainfield to be there definitely not worth the 1 hour drive. We were going to celebrate my mother‘s birthday and just decided to pass on the dessert and we left. The only consolation was they did take the crab legs $113 off the bill. We will not go back.

    Had a wonderful dinner there, but I've never been disappointed. I do think they need to tone the music down a bit, as it was hard to hear my dinner companion, but that's the only complaint I have.
