For what we spent, the portions were small. The Red sauce was delicious and tasted homemade. But the raviolis didn't taste homemade. They were too perfect like pressed from a machine. My bf had chicken picatta and it was almost like a child's portion. On a positive note the cocktails were delicious and the dessert was scrumptious. The service was prompt and friendly. Overall disappointed.

I’ve been to the Brooklyn location a few times and this place reflects it in terms of food. Very good. Our waitress did not seem to care much about us. I don’t know if it was that she was too busy in the other room but it seems like she didn’t want to be bothered by us which is hindering my review of this place. She never checked on our drinks or asked how our food was. Also for 2 people with apps, dinner and dessert we were there about 2.5 hours which in my opinion was very slow. As for the food. The calamari raccanati is delicious. The baked clams, some of the best I’ve ever had. The fried zucchini also very good. As for dinner we had chicken scarpariello which was on the bone and fantastic. Super juicy and has a good spice to it with the peppers. Very very good. And we also had chicken picatta which comes as 3 smaller chicken cutlets and a side. The lemon sauce had good flavor and the chicken was goood. The Brussel sprouts were delicious! Dressed we had affogato which was delicious and the tartufo was another favorite! Overall I do feel this place is a bit over priced for what it is. The service at least from our server was poor but management is very kind. The food is very good and I can see this being a place I frequent if the service was better

Another wonderful dinner at Gargiulos. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. One of my favorite places to go for dinner.

Can’t say enough about Gargiulos. Thia is how to run a restaurant. Great food, great service, Friendly atmosphere! Owners are on site and take care of the customers
