Gauchos are the cowboys of South America – a national symbol of pride and tradition. The residents of Rio Grande do Sul, a Brazilian state, are affectionately referred to as “Gauchos”. This state, renowned for its unique churrasco barbecue, is the birthplace of Chef Edmilson Rodrigues. It is there, in Brazil’s top barbecue houses, that Ede learned and perfected his craft.
Feel transported as ancient Brazilian traditions come alive in our churrascaria –our house of barbecue– and special place that bursts with authentic South American atmosphere and charm.

    Sam was an amazing server he made sure we were taken care of with everything we wanted. The food was top notch, and the ambience was amazing I will be going again

    Had the best time! Service was very attentive. Ever since they got rid of the "salad bar" the staff check in on you often to see what sides you may like them to bring you. Everything was super fresh - we never felt rushed. Can't wait to go back!

    5 friends and I, all with January Birthday's have celebrated them together at Gaucho's for the last 4 years. Although venue was new this year, the food, service, and ambiance was every bit as delightful. Highly recommend this restaurant, just make sure to bring an appetite!

    Sierra was our excellent host for the evening along with the Brazilian Meat Skewer servers. Food was as usual delicious. The soup, the salad selection and the sides especially the Chicken Stroganoff was superb along with the delicious meat cuts. We also enjoyed specialty coffees and a mixture of dessert. A good evening

    Great Experience and wonderful opportunity to taste a variety of meats. I prefer more of a self serve style Side Dish Section as that way you do not feel limited and can take as much or little variety as you like but without having to have the hostess order your sides for you. Overall great Dining Experience, Great Selection and wonderful variety for both food and drink

    Our first time at Gaucho. We came because it was our son’s 18th Birthday and he’s a big fan of beef. My husband and I have been to other Brazilian Bbq places, and so far this has been our favorite experience. The meat was delicious. The sides were so delicious. Stephen our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable and lovely to chat with. Will definitely be coming back. In fact our 12yr old son told us, his plan is to re-create our Gaucho experience, because he wants to come for his 18th birthday now too.

    Service was excellent, food was great. The atmosphere was amazing, we will definitely be back. The new dessert listed on the menu was top notch.
