At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

Don’t go. We have been to Rodizio Restaurants many times in many countries. We read several reviews about the restaurant that were very positive so we thought we would try it. Bad decision, the Gaucho’s came around infrequently and rarely with the better cuts of meats. They kept on pushing the sausage, chicken and a garlic steak and when we asked for the other meats they served raw meats twice which we had to send back. I don’t mean very rare I mean RAW. They are also more expensive than the other 3 similar restaurants in our area and Definitely not worth it. Oh well, live and learn but this was a one and done for us

Outrageously wonderful service....most attentive we ever had ~ spectacular food all around! Wonderful way to celebrate my birthday ~ and ~ they surprised me with a complimentary dessert!

Food was great, service very attentive despite the restaurant being packed. My only criticism: tables are densely packed, making it hard to navigate to the salad bar while dodging servers. Overall though a great night!

Estuve aquí para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo con mi sobrino. El personal aquí es sin piedad. Cada vez que giraba mi cabeza, algo se ofrecía hacia nosotros. ¡Me sentí como si estuviera en la casa de mi abuela otra vez! Fue genial. Las bebidas fluían, y los trabajadores eran atentos, humorísticos, y tenían una personalidad maravillosa. Nos dieron una experiencia de un millón de dólares. Lo único malo es que mi estómago no era lo suficientemente grande como para comer más. Gracias de mi corazón. :)

Been here multiple times. Always an awesome experience. BEST Brazilian steak house I’ve ever been to. Once you go here, you’ll never go to Fogo de Chão again.

It’s a really nice place the cold bar is good not that much on the hot bar though except the red rice which is very good The meat always fresh and cooked up to your liking

The service was very poor, an horrible experience. We hardly got any meat served to us during our one and half hour of dining waiting to be served. Eve when the meats were brought to our table, we were served rare and bloody cuts when asked for medium. Despite complaining to the waiter and the manager who did not seem to care. By far the worst dining experience
