The food and drinks were delicious! The beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection. My only complaint, and this seems to happen anywhere I make a reservation, we got sat at a high top right next to the service station- we had to move the table some so they weren’t bumping into us- right under the speaker and could hardly hear each other. I feel like if we were sat anywhere else I would have given 5 stars. But everyone was very nice and had great service.

This was such a great dinner experience for us during our recent visit to Nashville. As a group, we shared the dinner rolls (which were more like a cinnamon roll, DELICIOUS) and the whipped ricotta. The lamb was SO tender and the lumache had such a good flavor. The only downside was that they needed to change our reservation shortly before we were due to arrive which was slightly inconvenient but the management was very appreciative of our flexibility.

We were outside on the covered patio - it was cold. 4 of us were at the table, I had hot air blowing right in my face which was annoying. The other 3 were cold. We all left with frozen feet. Food was amazing and service was good too.

Geist exceeded expectations. We were in town for a show at Brooklyn Bowl and picked somewhere walkable to the venu. Oh my goodness did we luck out. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was dreamy. I think they perfectly summed it up on their postcard "sophisticated but not stuffy" 10/10

Had to wait over an hour for our food. Dining room was so noisy we could barely hear and understand the waiter.

We had a 7:15 reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:15 OUTSIDE. We had to wait another 10 minutes for an inside table, which is what I reserved via OpenTable. It took 20 minutes to get a drink at the bar while we waited. The hostesses were terrible - not sorry, not accommodating, not helpful. The bright spot was Kassie who kept checking on us and apologizing. And in the end, the (bar) manager was VERY nice and comped some of our meal. Food was too salty and very poorly timed. Appreciate how charming the place looks but not worth the money.
