We went to Geist for our three year anniversary. We arrived early for our reservation and they sat us right away. Our server was very informative and helpful in choosing a starter, we chose the charcuterie board. I got the lamb and my SO got the beef filet. The couscous and labneh with the lamb loin was fantastic, the cook on the lamb was perfect! My husband enjoyed the cheesy whipped potatoes very much, and the bordelaise sauce was perfectly seasoned. Our server suggested the blackberry caramel tart for dessert, and as someone who is not a caramel fan, I would eat 6 of those! Overall, best meal I’ve had in over a year, outstanding service, and beautiful ambience and setting.

We had a 7:00 reservation and arrived on time. We were told our table was finishing up and would be seated shortly. I ho back at 7:15 and was told they have paid but still sitting there. The issue with this is the reservation CLEARLY states there is a time limit on tables and they should politely have told the table this. At 7:21 I get a text text the table is ready. She states they were still at the table so putting us on the garden. While beautiful it was VERY COLD and were crammed into a corner. Our food while very good did not arrive until around 9:15 or so. That is ridiculous to take that long and for us to fit in the cold waiting for it. Our server never acknowledged or apologized for the long wait. She kept saying your food is coming right out but we waited and waited and waited. We paid for parking and that even ran out it took so long. When you require credit card for a reservation and you clearly state the time limits on a table you should treat your customers who do make the reservation and follow your rules better and actually endorse said rules.

Great food- creative but not weird in the way some restaurants can be. Beautiful Christmas decorations. We went in January just to see them but avoid the holiday crush.

We went when Christmas was still up...it's amazing like walking into a fairy land, BEAUTIFUL food outstanding and big portions, service outstanding, a wonderful experience

Geist always delivers great food on-point with excellent service. We ate at the bar and Cameron was attentive and helpful...as always!

January work dinner for 6 last minute. Place was half empty. Great for us. Service was perfect. Food was solid. Ambiance was lively (music, not people). I don't know if I'd go when it's busy because it looks like it would get mobbed by tourists. Outdoor champagne patio? Come on!? But in January on a weekday? All day long! Do it!
