Located on the historic Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO, Gemini is a full service restaurant focused on contemporary Spanish food and wine and its international influences.

The menu is guided by the seasons and highlights sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors. Taking cues from the cuisines of Barcelona and San Sebastian, we offer traditional tapas items, including Patatas Bravas, Pan con Tomate, meatballs, and Boquerones. Larger dishes from land and sea include Octopus, Cauliflower a la Plancha, and Basque Braised Lamb.

Our beverage program features organic, low-intervention wines from Spain and the West Coast, classic cocktails, and selections from Colorado’s craft brewing community.

Had a wonderful experience at Gemini for dinner this evening. Tapas Tuesday is an amazing deal!! 7$ tapas. My friend and I shared 5 tapas- perfect amount of food for us. Affordable. Lovely environment & very kind staff! Will return soon!

Wow! I had such an incredible time at Gemini today. The food was absolutely incredible. My favorites had to be the mussels, goat cheese, meatballs and the mixta salad. But everything coming out of the kitchen looked incredible. The service was the best I've ever had, and all staff I interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful. It was super cool to see the chef's at work with the open kitchen concept, and they clearly were very talented chefs. I also loved my cocktail choice, I had the Sweater Weather which was very enjoyable on this winter's day. Thank you Gemini, I will be back soon.

We had several tapas, all of which were very tasty. The service was excellent, the tapas came out spaced so that we could enjoy each one hot from the kitchen but with no waiting in between dishes. The only negative was a very loud environment, making it challenging to converse.

Absolutely fantastic team. Servers were able to answer all our questions about the menu and everything arrived coursed out perfectly for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
