A wonderful experience in celebrating our wedding anniversary. Requested romantic table and they delivered, right near the fireplace with a warming fire burning. Waitress was super. We never wanted for anything. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. This is my fourth or fifth time coming here, and I’m always very satisfied with the service and ambiance. I will be back again.

Perfect table neat the fireplace. Service was friendly, courteous and flawlessly efficient. Both of our meals were excellent; fine meats cooked exactly right.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everyone on staff very cordial and welcoming. Tried a couple different things- Shrimp Pad Thai (noodels were very soggy) and Pretzel crusted chicken schnitzel (great!). Service friendly but did not offer us bread or refill water until meal was over. We ordered a delicious mesculan salad to split, which surprisingy cost us an extra $4 (the waitress asked us if we'd like it split in the kitchen orif we'd do it at the table -but didn;t say tere wold be a charge if they split it). It was only $4 but they should have informed us. Praline cheese cake was excellent. None of the negatives will keep us away because this night was unusual.

We were seated in the porch area which was beautifully decorated and warmer than the rest of the dining area - a plus! The pork tenderloin entree was great, but the butternut fig appetizer had a bitter taste and the bread looked like rolls out of a package, not warmed or house made. Overall, it was a good meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our Thanksgiving dinner. We rarely go out on holidays but specifically chose General Warren for their ambience and consistently great food and service. We were very happy with our choice. We will be back again soon.

The service was pretty awful but he was young. The stroganoff was wonderful and the ambiance is lovely for a family holiday meal.
