                                                                                                                    We waited 40 min from our reservation time the hostess was not friendly or helpful on first approach I greeted her first and her response to my questions were not friendly The food wasn’t what it use to be less chicken in my Marsala which also tasted overly sweet is the best way to describe it

                                                                                                                    From start to finish, we had a great experience at Giacomo's. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. All five of us loved our meals and the drinks were equally as good! Already looking forward to returning!

                                                                                                                    Front of house is poorly managed It took me 15 minutes to check in , only two people in front of me Upon check in it was another 10 minutes to be seated. Super noisy place Food good, but there are plenty of places that are better managed and where you can talk that serve equally good food

                                                                                                                    The most frustrating part was having to wait 45 minutes for a table, when we were on time for our reservation. The noise level is ridiculous, and the restaurant should figure out how to soften the acoustics. Food was served hot and it was good.
