    Great food and aesthetics! But, the customer service was horrible!!!!! I rarely do this, but with this being my first ever time walking into Gianna‘s since it was opened.. I was very disappointed. I was seated at a two person table, which is super small and barely has any space, yet anybody who would walk by and see the struggle we were having to keep all of the dirty plates that we no longer needed & trying to fit our entrée plates that came out and brought to our table. My order was completely wrong, and I wasn’t asked if I wanted any additional accommodations to satisfy my experience… My waitress Colleen was everywhere, at every other table so consistently except for OURS. I mentioned to her before being seated that I was celebrating a birthday with a friend of mine, and at no point did she acknowledge it or even think to ask again on whether or not I was looking to do the birthday celebration for my friend. Which upset me the most because that’s what we were looking forward to surprising her with. so instead, I was brought over the check immediately after I finished digesting my entrée. I feel like my experience wasn’t at its best, I have servicing experience and half of what I would do for my customers  wasn’t met. I just asked that for anybody working in the serving or bartending field, learn to keep your personal situations and emotions separate from your job… Your customers shouldn’t feel your energy. which makes them feel like, you don’t wanna be there or even attend to them.

    First time there - great Vibe - great food and our waitress was great too. Only challenging aspect was noise level - but that won’t stop us from coming back time and time again.

    First time I tried Giana was not a good experience, but months later I gave them a second chance and I must say they have done a lot better. They have dded new foods, drinks, and seems like they changed the recipes for some of their main dishes to make them better. The chicken parm is a lot better now than when I had it the first time. I also had the Gingerbread Martini which was really good. I would recommend giving them another chance if you tried them when they first opened, they have done better now.

    I always love going to Gianna’s. It’s always a good time. Great service good food good drinks. I will be a regular.
