Our Sicilian Steakhouse is an original concept that celebrates the Sicilian-immigrant culinary experience. Referred to as the "original fusion cuisine," Sicilian food is a historical mosaic influenced by the various conquering nations. Traces of Greece, North Africa, Rome, the Middle East, Germanic nations, France, Spain, and Italy are evident in traditional Sicilian cuisine. At Giancarlo's, our love of history-rich Sicilian cuisine is combined with our interpretation of both the great American Steakhouse and the Neapolitan Pizzeria.

                                                                                          We were seated just off the bar which was very noisy. There was a girl who had too much to drink and was very loud. Food and service was excellent but a little pricey. Food is A’la Carte.

                                                                                          Our server Hunter the Doug Flutie lookalike was the best. Very personable and knowledgeable. I had the veal which was great and my Wife and Dayghter had seafood dishes which they thoroughly enjoyed. Deserts were fantastic. Nice overall experience.

                                                                                          There is a great selection of steaks on the menu. The oysters were fresh and delicious. The sides offered are varied and what we ordered - asparagus and potatoes - was tasty. The service is excellent.
