Our Sicilian Steakhouse is an original concept that celebrates the Sicilian-immigrant culinary experience. Referred to as the "original fusion cuisine," Sicilian food is a historical mosaic influenced by the various conquering nations. Traces of Greece, North Africa, Rome, the Middle East, Germanic nations, France, Spain, and Italy are evident in traditional Sicilian cuisine. At Giancarlo's, our love of history-rich Sicilian cuisine is combined with our interpretation of both the great American Steakhouse and the Neapolitan Pizzeria.

This was my first time at Giancarlo's and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. Service was fast and our food was brought to us quickly and was hot and perfect in every way. We both had steaks. I had the Delmonico 17 oz steak and it was cooked to perfection. I would also highly recommend the lobster risotto. Our server Troy was friendly and attentive to our needs.

Our reservation for 4 people on a Saturday was at 5:300pm. 2 of us arrived early and we were seated immediately. The restaurant was very busy, even at 5pm. Our server, Olivia was excellent. She was attentive and took great care of us. It was our friend’s 65th birthday and the restaurant printed special menus for our group. They also brought out a dessert with a candle after dinner. We also really liked the note card on our table that gave info about our server. All very nice touches. Everything we ordered was delicious and perfectly cooked. We had the crab encrusted salmon, the strawberry salad, the Sicilian onion soup, and 2 of the night’s specials; the swordfish and stuffed shells. The portions were generous and everything was excellent. With a completely full restaurant, it was pretty loud in the room we were in. The entire staff did a great job and we definitely recommend Giancarlos.

The food was excellent. The service was very good. It was very loud and an bit cold by the door but all in all a great experience

This was a special birthday and all aspects of the experience were outstanding! Thanks Michaela for happy and efficient service. Thanks chefs for fresh crunchy salads and a crazy big veal parm for the guest of honor. Topped off with his cheesecake dessert and customized menus. Oh what fun!
