Our Sicilian Steakhouse is an original concept that celebrates the Sicilian-immigrant culinary experience. Referred to as the "original fusion cuisine," Sicilian food is a historical mosaic influenced by the various conquering nations. Traces of Greece, North Africa, Rome, the Middle East, Germanic nations, France, Spain, and Italy are evident in traditional Sicilian cuisine. At Giancarlo's, our love of history-rich Sicilian cuisine is combined with our interpretation of both the great American Steakhouse and the Neapolitan Pizzeria.

Another great experience for myself and my granddaughter. Superior service from the moment we walked through the door. Service was perfectly attentive but not overbearing. Amazingly inventive cocktails to include the dessert cocktail choices. Outstanding food quality, preparation, and presentation to include appetizers, entrees, and dessert. Undecided about some of our choices and great recommendations from our server. This is my second exceptional dining experience at this restaurant and it has become my favorite and first choice for a Buffalo fine dining experience. Highly recommend, there will be zero disappointment.

One of our favorite restaurants in WNY and Friday night didn't disappoint. Everything was outstanding. Ben's service was top notch. He was attentive and made excellent recommendations. Our salmon and filet were cooked perfectly. I've stated this before, but I believe their steaks are the best in town. We had Gelato for dessert. By far the best we've had and we've eaten plenty in Italy. The consistency here with service and the food is remarkable. You can tell the owners care and this comes across in a very well trained staff. Thank you.

Our waiter, Hunter, was awesome! He was so friendly, knew the menu and was willing to share his opinions on menu items! We appreciated the extra attention to our daughter's birthday too!
