We booked the table for my son’s birthday and when we called they said you can come early thn you reservation when we came to the place we waited for 45 mins and still we didn’t get the table which we booked they asked us if we want to shift to 2nd floor coz it available we had no choice but to shift there coz there is no table whichnis available at the window side we were disappointed with our experience at this place

I see you checked in 22 minutes early for your reservation. We appreciate your promptness but we still did not have a window table for your early arrival. I know our hostess on level 3 was openly friendly to your family and especially the baby. She tried very hard to meet your request of a free standing window table-no booster high chair only. We only have 15 window tables total all of which were occupied. She continued to offer tables to you just in case you wanted a booth but you were firm in waiting for that window. We had a window open on level 2 which you took Apologies you were disappointed.

The best dinner and experience I’ve ever had in Chicago and I’ve had my share being here for 8 years! The view was amazing! The service was impeccable! The food was so good everything was good from the drinks to the starters to our entrees. We canceled Asador reservations to come here instead, based on their menu options. So glad we did! Adam was great and funny. This was my good friends bday and I couldn’t have asked for more! I had the branzino…chefs kiss great portions too. EThe lobster bisque so good. Sides are shareable and those brussel sprouts were everything. My friend had the rigatoni and Adam gave him a filet mignon on the house it was the bomb lol. Everything had so much flavor! Very busy for a Tuesday and I see why. The vibe in there is superb! Definitely coming back for the rooftop for my birthday in the summer lol. Price point 👌🏾! We’ve been to places so expensive and the food sucked. It kills you lol. This made up for all those experiences, and we’ve had our share! It’s 6:30 in the morning and this my first review on open table in 2 years lol.

Following years of visits, this time around wasn’t quite as exquisite. The steaks were cooked a bit beyond our ask and the bisque seemed spicier than before.
