Great restaurant both in presentation and everything else,ie food, staff etc. Wait staff very friendly and professional. The food was great and served very promptly. Being a local, it is great to see such a quality eating place in the town.

Menu was not explained by staff and it was lucky we asked about the sizes. The first 5 items are more appetiser sizes and this was not explained. The shared T bone was explained to be a lot of four but really it was only good enough for 2 people. We were still hungry. The staff also did not know what an old fashioned cocktail was even though it said they had standard cocktails available upon request. Waiters need more education regarding the menu and also did not ask how we liked our T bone cooked.

Lovely find on the edge of Mudgee. I really loved the overall ambience and setup on the restaurant and the food was lovely.

Food was pretty good, had high expectations based on the menu. Lovely fit out, could only fault the very cold air con. What let them down was the terrible service from numerous staff who seemed to have quite the attitude. Won’t be back in a hurry.

On the whole, our experience at Gigi’s was mediocre. Everything was ok, but not great. However we’d like to acknowledge Hannah, who was really fabulous! She was warm, friendly, responsive and super helpful. Thanks Hannah!

The food was amazing, but the service was not great. There was not a lot of interaction from staff. Had to keep asking for drinks rather than wait staff being attuned and offering them. It would then be a very long time to receive our drinks. Dont think they had enough staff working. Also very noisy.

Write a constructive review, hope the team improves, food is good but could be great, needs to less complicate dishes, bar and wait staff young and uninterested. One great lady on the floor that held the place together, the barman fogot he was there for customers

Was a little too long in prep of the meal however the way they handled it was excellent and for that reason alone I will be back, the meal itself was outstanding too.
