Welcome to Gilbert’s: An American-Australian Wine & Grill

At Gilbert’s, we bring together the best of American tavern-style dining and Australian flavors. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner until late, we offer a vibrant menu inspired by our sister venues, Good Gilbert and Good Burger, with a nod to the classic American taverns of the '90s and '00s.

Our menu features a variety of grilled dishes, snacks, larger plates, salads, and a special twist to our Good Burger offering. Plus, we’re excited to introduce Good Burger online — order directly from our website or social media and pick up in-store for a quick and tasty takeaway experience.

Under the pump but still great service, good energy. Great for a Friday night dinner with drinks.

Staff were excellent and very welcoming and accommodating. Food was great with a large selection of wine and drinks. Will be back.

Had an awesome dinner last night. The food was unreal—everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The staff were next level—super friendly and on top of everything. Honestly, just a great experience all around. Will definitely be back

Well done to the team at Gilbert’s Wine and Grill! I was impressed by great the food, service and attention that was given to our table of 6. We’ll be back! Oh and the Tuesday special T-bone was soooo good! Keep up the good work guys!!

There's 'grill' in the name but their offerings tickled something in me as a vego. Almost everything on the menu can be made vegetarian/vegan/gluten free. Pickled zucchini was so delicious I had to pace myself not to eat them all in one go. Comfortable seating and easy access from the rear carpark. We also got to see planes flying over which was cool. We can see ourselves becoming regulars at this cosy joint.

We started with the charred corn and crackers. The name doesn't do the dish credit. It was really good, and the "crackers" were amazing. Next we had the fried chicken. Crisp and juicy. Spot on. For mains we shared a rib eye steak with bearnaise sauce. So well cooked, and the sauce was delicious. With that we had the carrots with hummus and the triple fried chips, both of which were great. Pairing all that with a few glasses of wine and beer made for a great night!

Came in as a party of 4 for dinner and drinks. The food, cocktails and service were fantastic. We had such a lovely time. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the options for food and drinks suited everyone. Absolutely get yourself here!!

Get chef to try a real chimmichurri. That one was inedible Excellent wine list Nice staff The meat juices washed all the salt off the steaks so they were under seasoned. No salt on the tables.
