Seated in our beautiful baroque bar, you'll have an expert mixologist walk you through the art of making that perfect cocktail (with either alcoholic or non alcoholic gin). They will take you through a curated creation of two amazing cocktails, which of course you'll get to drink after the session when the bar will be open. Class runs for 30 minutes at 4:30 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Learn all about what makes these gins award winning, both within Australia and worldwide, before savoring a tasting paddle, featuring the signatures blends. Class runs for 30 minutes at 4:00pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Ever wondered what goes into making an RTD? Come along to this class to find out! At the conclusion of the tour, you'll get to take home your own custom can.... Participants will be given an introduction to Brunswick Aces Distillery and an overview of how spirits and tonics are made. Whilst you're here you'll get a tour of the Distillery as well as a gin tasting. One of our experts will provide a short mixing demonstration as well as a demonstration of the canning machine/labeler. Participants will be given a can where they can stick their own custom label to take home.
