   Jason and his staff are always amazing, customer service is top notch. The homemade pasta cannot be beat and tried their salad last night (beet), probably one of the best I’ve had. I can’t even pick which would be my favorite pasta, but a great spot for girls night, date night and everything inbetween

   I appreciate one of the managers taking the time to introduce themselves to me as I walked in with friends lacking diversity, but the overall experience was fine.

   Unfortunately, our experience at Gino & Marty’s didn’t meet expectations. After seeing numerous positive reviews online, my wife and I were excited, but the reality was disappointing. The food was good, but the atmosphere and service was terrible. The atmosphere felt confused—was it an Italian restaurant or a nightclub? The music was way too loud, making it hard to converse or enjoy our meal. Our waiter seemed annoyed from the start, and offered little to no service. Given all of this, I’m afraid we won’t be returning unless significant changes are made.

   We were seated in the first booth by the front door, which brought in the cold air every time the front door opened, cooling our food and our fellow dinner guests. Food may have been better if served warmer to begin with. Staff only agreed with their problem with their front door but did nothing to solve or apologize for our uncomfortable experience. Quality of food and experience was not in line with elevated prices.

   Everything was amazing, from the food to the service to the ambiance! The decor was cool, the hosts and wait staff were super attentive and nice, they treat you as if you are old friends of theirs. There was great music as well if that is your vibe. Julio was our server (head server I believe) and he was absolutely amazing, we went there for our anniversary and he made us feel so special and he was super personable. Gino, the owner, came over to check on us a couple of times and congratulate us as well. The food was spectacular and so flavorful and rich, and priced really well- as were the drinks. Overall a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Have & will be going back!!!

   We were celebrating a birthday and we got seated on the second floor literally next to the kitchen. Literally in a corner. The upstairs does not have the same aesthetics as the main dining room. When we asked if we could get a table in the main dining room the host told us we could not get a booth because they were for “VIP”. Besides the table the food and our server were great.

   Had a great experience at Gino and Martys! Although they did mark a no show on opentable and I did ask for bar seating and we got a table. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

    Terrible service. Paid $60 for a reservation for 3 and couldn’t get seated until 30 mins after reserved time. Food was subpar. Hostesses had terrible attitudes and gave my friends and me dirty looks the entire night. Overall a miserable experience.
