This was possibly the most shocking service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Me and my partner walked in to be greeted by the most unfriendly host - no hello or anything and just walked off without asking us to follow him to our table. We waited for 20 minutes to get served. Not even a drinks order was taken or any water brought to the table. We saw many tables around us who had arrived before us, still with menus and clearly waiting to be served too. It was clear that we weren’t going to get served any time soon. I can appreciate if you are understaffed, from working in hospitality for many years myself but there was absolutely no sense of urgency or care from the staff. Me and my partner walked out and went to Rudy’s instead - even though they were busy and we had no booking, the staff there were friendly and attentive.

We were 30mins early and asked if we could sit at the bar until our table was ready. The restaurant is visually stunning and modern, with gorgeous lighting. The bar staff were so attentive, polite and friendly. We had 2 cocktails which for price is around average for cocktails. We were then taken to our table when it was ready, we were given menus which were easy to navigate and informative. Our orders were taken and we got drinks, I had a glass of Prosecco, around average price and my husband had a Coca Cola, this was highly priced however it was from a glass bottle which we do prefer and happy to pay the price. Service was quick, we had some fantastic wait staff who were attentive and polite and so friendly. You can tell other customers have been before and have built up some good relationships with the staff. The meals were really tasty, hot and presented well. Prices varied, it is higher value but it is worth it for the good quality meals. You can view the staff cooking from the centre of the restaurant. The bathrooms were clean and smelling nice, easy to find. We really enjoyed ourselves and we have joined the rewards scheme in hopes to try more of the lovely menus. Thank you so much to the staff for their hard work to make our experience the best, it’s rare as parents we can enjoy a nice meal together, this was the perfect evening out.

Fantastic service, amazing food at such great value & lovely atmosphere. We weren't rushed at all & were able to enjoy a perfect Sunday family roast. A great experience. Would definitely recommend Leeds & will be trying London next time we are there.

We were a family party of 9 on a busy Saturday night celebrating a special birthday. Food was pre-ordered from the à la carte menu and we were looked after expertly by Giuseppe and the team. Everything was delivered perfectly; food, drinks, service, personal touches were all spot on and at a nice relaxed pace. A fantastic evening, couldn’t recommend it highly enough and we’ll be back very soon.

On arrival we were greeted and sat down , waited more than 15mins to be served. Starters came before drinks , paid for bottles of Diet Coke with vodka but never got the rest of the bottles of Coke . Mains were nice but small portions, seafood pasta round the edges of the pasta was cool middle was hot a bit worried with this been sea food , prawns would normally cleaned but came unprepared. As for the waiter who was serving , taking orders , bringing drinks by himself absolutely stank of body odour with in its self was very unpleasant. Didn’t have desserts as mostly had nuts with them so not much else to choose from. Overall we enjoyed the food but the service was disappointing.

Another fantastic meal out at Ginos we are made to feel very special and welcome, my one year old Grandson feels very comfortable in the surroundings and enjoys interacting with the staff. Food was fantastic so tasty and very well presented as always. Looking forward to our next trip soon. Highly recommended

On the Friday night we were booked in, the restaurant had a very large party. This did not stop staff been as attentive as you would expect from this restaurant on any other night. The food was delicious as it always is. On the night we were there a young couple had travelled from Wigan to Leeds who also said they were glad that they had made the journey & would definitely be back again.
