Our biggest restaurant with stunning views over the river Thames, you can find us at the front of the Royal Festival Hall, only moments away from the London eye and all the Southbank galleries & theatres. Often a queue but it moves quickly.

From bottomless brunch, spot of lunch, breakfast or just drinks and nibbles we will be serving you up flavoursome international dishes throughout the day.

Great location but very busy. Our meals did not all arrive together and asked twice where it had got to. Didn’t notice when ordering child’s fish the chips were an option so ordered them separately. Took time to arrive by which time the fish was eaten and the chips were not very warm. Stir fry duck and chicken skewer tasty but chicken and flat bread were dry. Staff were very helpful when asked

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and could not have been more helpful. Sadly the food was inedible, undercooked calamari, over cooked burger, the pasta looked as though it had been sat on and was swimming in oil and the chicken burger was indescribably bad in every way - even the lettuce looked sad! We took the children to the bathroom and it was so dirty, we had to take them outside to the loos elsewhere. When one of my children dropped something on the floor we looked under the table to retrieve it and the state of the floor was absolutely revolting, old bits of other people’s food and oil and dust all over the floor. We could not eat our food after that and the price totalled over £100 for a child’s burger, child’s pasta, adult burger and a couple of starters. We would recommend avoiding this place. We will not be going back!

Delicious family meal in a busy but well-run restaurant. Our waitress was lovely and accommodating to picky kids. The kids’ menu is great value and the food quality was good. Adults’ burgers were tasty too. It was so speedy we were in and out in under an hour!

When we came in they told us that we had to be quick since they were about to close (reservation at 17:00 on Boxing Day). The chicken skewer was dry and the Thai duck noodles were just chicken with egg noodles and a sauce out of a sacket. There was no service (ipad) a lot of noise and it was super cold. Wouldn’t recommend

Very pleasant and helpful staff on arrival, prompt service. Dressing on caesar salad was tasteless and cheese on vegan burger ‘slimy’. Other meals enjoyed (kebabs). a big noisy venue and two toilets out of four were out of order.

Very rapid service but the food was disappointing. Edible but not particularly good, and very generic. We’d not been to a Giraffe for years, not sure we’d go again.

I love the location, the ambience and the very simple menu and ordering process. The staff were amazing very congenial and helpful. First class customer services - well done! The menu is simple but something for everyone. Easy to order. A very pleasurable ambience not too quiet or too loud. Good value for money
