   So happy to have Gjelina in NYC! I’ve had their beautiful cookbook for years and was familiar with the original Cali locale! I will be back with all my friends over time… it’s that special. I’m an experienced cook who entertains often and Gjelina is Such an inspiration! Keep it going! Staff is amazing, too🙌

   Booked a reservation for 915p on a Tuesday. They rushed every aspect of our dinner so they could close early and go home. Gjelina LA is top notch. Gjelina NYC has poor service, lame ambiance, and inferior atmosphere. Food was average. Just an overall poor vibe compared to so many other great NYC Italian restaraunts.

   Food was outstanding. Server was very nice and helpful but not especially knowledgeable about the food or the wine. Prices are not bad, but it was the skimpiest wine pour I have ever seen, not to mention for $20. The front room could use some warmth in its decoration and perhaps a carpet or wall hanging to soften the noise

   We had an excellent experience today! One of the best brunches we’ve ever had! Ambience, food, and top notch service. Our server was a delight and just the sweetest! She was very attentive and paced out our food perfectly. Thank you! We will be back soon!

   We had a bar seat, but might as well have been sitting right in the kitchen. Really ruined the experience.

    Loved Gjelina! Great menu selection and our server was fun and attentive and helped guide our meal with recommendations. Ate dinner here with my colleague and boss and it was a perfect weeknight choice for a fun but professional dinner.
