Menu highlights include Simon’s take on the ‘Classic Cheeseburger’ focusing on only the best ingredients, including the world famous Martin’s Potato Bun (used by US Hamburger chain – Shake Shack), an incredible ‘Slow Roasted Beef Brisket Roll with horseradish’ and the dangerously moreish ‘cheeseburger spring rolls’.
