Gleesons of Booterstown is a bright, spacious and beautifully designed dining space and bar in the heart of Booterstown. It is a local gathering place for family, friends and neighbours to catch up over good food and drinks. Enjoy an exceptional five star dining experience consisting of only the finest locally sourced Irish produce for each of our dishes. With a menu filled with choice, our dishes are prepared to suit every palette. Favorites include Chicken Piri Piri, Pan Fried Plaice, Beef and Guinness Pie, Prime Irish Fillet Steak with Daily Specials too. We’re open seven days a week serving breakfast from 8am, lunch from 12 Noon and dinner from 5pm with friendly service and a smile.

    Menu is poor, food very average for the price. Not sure when menu was last updated but its tired and not very appealing and lacks flavour.

    Pleasant comfortable environment-good service with food quite bland. Restaurant was cosy and warm despite the harsh weather outside!

    The fact that Gleesons was very busy on a Monday evening in January says it all! Great food and fantastic service!

    Lunched here for first time in many years. Extensive menu choice. Food was pretty basic and simply served. More a pub than a restaurant. Still not bad value for money.

    Lovely food and nice staff. Also serving 330ml soft drinks (as opposed to some with 200ml!!!).

    Took a while for our order to be taken. The roast of the day was all sold out. They eventually said they had two half portions left. Once the order was taken tge food arrived quick. Food was lovely.
