                                                                                                      We have been coming to the Stanford Grill for many years and have always enjoyed the food as well as the staff. However, our 1st visit at the renamed Glenwood, was very disappointing. While Nico, our server was amazing and the food was tasty, I had the misfortune of finding hair on my plate after finishing my meal. We notified Nico and advised we didn’t want the meal taken off the bill, but simply wanted to raise awareness to prevent future occurrences. Nico shared this information with his manager (Dave) and we were very disappointed that the manager did not take the time to come over and apologize for the occurrence. Instead, he sent Nico back over to advise that the meal was removed from the bill, which is not what we wanted. We chose to include this portion in with Nico’s tip. The manager should have demonstrated better leadership and handled the matter. Very disappointing!

                                                                                                      My wife and I enjoyed a quiet dinner at Glenwood's. The food was excellent. She had the tenderloin filet and I had the prime rib. Both were prepared as we requested. Paired with nice glasses of wine, it was a very nice evening.

                                                                                                      We went here for the Gluten Free menu and the server was terrible with it. Messed up on two GF dishes! You cannot advertise a gluten free menu and then mess it up. Delivering a gluten burger then I’m pretty sure they just switched the bun. Not acceptable! Celiac is a disease that can’t be compromised. They didn’t take any care. Also the food is overpriced for the quality.

                                                                                                      The entrees were average but the drinks were disappointing and overpriced. Our waiter, Niles, was bland and unfriendly. He was so soft-spoken that we had to ask for his name and to speak up multiple times. Unfortunately, since Stanford Grill changed management, both the service and food quality have decline.

Loved the space & that they actually recognized our reservation was for my first wedding anniversary with my husband! Our server provided all the specials for the night which sold me & the desserts & drinks were amazing as well! My husband didn’t like his meal at first, they didn’t make a fuss about him changing his meal & handled everything professionally. Thank you to our server & the team!
